Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MediaTree AI (“the App”), operated by MediaTree (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

MediaTree AI is an AI-powered social media campaign generator that enables users to:

• Generate social media campaigns and posts using AI
• Connect and autopost to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts
• Manage content calendars and campaign history
• Analyze campaign performance and competitor intelligence
• Collaborate in team workspaces (Agency plan)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately at support@mediatree.ai of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You may not use another user's account without permission

MediaTree AI offers the following plans:

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support@mediatree.ai within 7 days
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

To use AI-powered features, you may provide your own API keys from third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Groq, Anthropic, xAI, etc.).

• Your API keys are stored locally on your device only — never on our servers
• You are responsible for complying with each AI provider's terms of service
• You are responsible for any costs incurred with third-party AI providers
• We are not liable for any actions taken by third-party AI providers

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to MediaTree AI:

• You grant us permission to publish posts on your behalf, only when you explicitly trigger a post
• You remain solely responsible for all content published through the App
• You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards
• You can revoke access at any time from your Facebook Settings or from within the App
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

You agree NOT to use MediaTree AI to:

• Generate or distribute spam, misinformation, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the App
• Use automated bots or scraping tools against our service
• Violate Meta's, Google's, or any other platform's terms of service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Your content: You retain ownership of all campaign content, posts, and data you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

AI-generated content: Content generated by AI models is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying accuracy before publishing. We do not guarantee the quality or legality of AI-generated content.

The MediaTree AI name, logo, app design, and all original content are the exclusive property of MediaTree and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission
• You may not use our brand or logo without prior written consent
• Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation to you

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• The App will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaTree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• We may retain anonymized data as required by law
• Sections 8, 9, 10, 11 survive termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also rely on mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
