Data Deletion Request

As required by Facebook's Platform Policy, you have the right to request complete deletion of all your personal data associated with MediaTree AI at any time.
1. What Data We Hold
MediaTree AI stores the following data linked to your account:
- Email address and display name
- Profile photo (if uploaded)
- Campaign content and history you created
- Connected Facebook Page / Instagram account tokens
- Subscription and payment history (processed via Razorpay)
- App preferences and settings
We do NOT store: AI API keys (device-only), payment card details (Razorpay), or your Facebook personal posts, messages, or contacts.
2. How to Delete Your Data
You can request deletion through any of the following methods:
Open MediaTree AI → Profile → scroll to bottom → tap “Delete Account”. All your account data is permanently deleted immediately.
Email support@mediatree.ai with subject “Data Deletion Request” and include your registered email address.
If you logged in via Facebook, you can also request deletion by contacting us with your Facebook ID.
Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → MediaTree AI → Remove. This immediately revokes all Facebook data access and deletes stored tokens.
3. What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, we permanently delete:
- Your account and login credentials
- All campaign content and history
- Connected Facebook Page and Instagram tokens
- All personal data stored in our Firebase database
- Any usage analytics linked to your account
Anonymized, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained as required by applicable law.
4. Deletion Timeline
You will receive a confirmation email once your data deletion is complete.
